My 2 nights in Ciutadella were pleasant. It was fairly clean, perfectly clean room. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel in the old town. The location was amazing, within walking distance to everything. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with attention to detail in the room decor and cozy atmosphere. The staff, particularly the owner, were great and very helpful. They provided excellent recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and all the amenities provided, such as cold water in the fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and beach towels.
